It’s a stylish & spacious 4BR waterfront townhouse where you will make long-lasting memories. Overlooks the canal. Garage and private parking. Wifi. Beach access right on
94th st. Only a 11 minutes walk or 4 min drive and park right by beach. Families welcomed. No HS senior or party groups.. Max 2 dogs

The space
Townhouse has 3 floors
Top floor consists of 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed, tv & private master bath, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and 3rd bedroom has a twin/full bunk bed. Full bathroom in hallway.
Middle level has kitchen, dining and living room, laundry (no detergent provided) & half bath. Balcony and street exit (front door)
First floor, ground level is the “4th bedroom/entertainment area”- It includes a full bath, couch and mini bar, you can access garage and bottom deck from here. New carpet installed in 2023.

Linens, blankets or towels will not be provided.
Mattress ans pillow covers on. Please do not remove. Essentials toiletries enough for a couple of days, no replenishments.
Some beach chairs & umbrella, boogie boards & sand toys available.
Fully stocked kitchen: Keurig, coffee maker, tea kettle, electric griddle, crockpot, oven toaster, toaster, blender, dinnerware, silverware, cups.
First aid in kitchen drawer
