NEW! Welcome to Corolla! "Beach Dune" is a newly built three bedroom/two level/garage condo in a prime Corolla location. This condo is located right next to the beach (only 500 feet of flat sidewalk to a beach access). Beach access is handicap accessible. Enjoy the communal pool (open seasonally) and your own private hot tub located on the back patio. No smoking and no parties. Only non-shedding and hypoallergenic breeds of dog allowed.

The space
Beach Dune is a newly built, two-level condo in the Beach Club at Whalehead featuring three king bedrooms, a private hot tub, and a 500-foot walk to the beach. Ideally located next to the Corolla Light Shopping Center and across from Whalehead Park, this home combines convenience with the beauty of Corolla’s coastline.

Upstairs, all three bedrooms feature king beds, TVs, and ample storage, while the two and a half bathrooms, open living area, and fully equipped kitchen provide comfort and ease for your stay. Step outside to your private patio, enjoy a meal on the grill, rinse off after the beach in the outdoor shower, or relax in your private hot tub.

The Beach Club community offers an array of amenities, including a seasonal outdoor pool, pickleball court, indoor fitness center, event space, private massage room, dog park, shared outdoor fire pits, outdoor dining areas, and the on-site taco stand, The Salty Rim.

Additional perks include a garage and handicap-accessible beach access. The condo comfortably sleeps six (three king beds plus a pullout sofa), making it perfect for families or friends seeking a relaxing Corolla getaway with resort-style conveniences.

Only non-shedding, hypoallergenic dogs are welcome.

Other things to note
For security purposes, there is one outdoor security camera located at the front door and driveway. This camera records video and audio 24/7 and is only used to monitor the exterior of the property. No cameras are inside the home.
