The space
BB-4U is a detached guesthouse at a good distance from the farmhouse. Newly built in 2022/2023 and in the rental since 2023. The stay is bright, fresh and spacious. Thanks to the large windows, there is a view over the orchard and meadows, where you can often see rabbits, hares, pheasants and various species of (predatory) birds.
There is a private terrace of 4x8 meters with seating. Parking is available in the yard, near the entrance.
The stairs to the upper level are lacquered and can be slippery. Non-slip slippers or slippers are useful to bring, especially with children.

• Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible, if there are no other guests before or after – please coordinate in advance

PRICING
For 2 people:
€135 per night
Minimum 6 nights.
Fees:
- Extra person: €20 per night
- Cleaning costs/kitchen and bed linen (made-up beds upon arrival)/administration costs (one-time): €120.
- National holidays: €30 per night extra.
A stay can be booked through Airbnb, but a direct booking is often cheaper.
In the Netherlands, the following holiday periods apply:
- Easter and Ascension: May 14-17
- Pentecost: May 23-25, 2025
- Autumn Holidays: October 18 - October 26, 2025
- Christmas holidays: 20 December 2025 to 4 January 2026
- Spring break: February 14 to February 22, 2026

PAYMENT & CANCEL
• Payment of 50% is required at least one month in advance to confirm the reservation.
• No deposit
50% of the total amount refunded if canceled within one month to one week before arrival.
No refunds for cancellation within a week.
If another reservation comes after canceling, it will be deducted from the amount paid.
In case of cancellation during the stay, a refund is not possible. Cancellation insurance is therefore recommended
