Just a short walk to Silverleaves beach and lovely Silverleaves Café! One of the best locations on the Island, nestled in a quiet and sheltered court. The house has two lounge areas and is very well equipped with everything you’ll need to relax, entertain and enjoy! Inside decor has holiday and beach feel galore, while the fireplace will keep you cosy and comfortable in winter. The house has free unlimited internet, a great covered deck with BBQ and a large fully fenced backyard.

The space
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate toilet, open plan living area opening onto a sunny north facing covered deck with outdoor seating for 8 and a 4 burner BBQ. Split system reverse cycle air conditioning (heating & cooling) in both the front and the rear living areas and a wood heater in the open plan living area giving a great cosy feel.

The open plan living area has comfortable sofas and a Sony 55” Full HD TV (with Netflix app - BYO login) & DVD player (with a small collection of DVDs). There is also a second lounge area at the front of the house with sofas and another TV. And for your acoustic pleasure, a radio / sound systems with Bluetooth.

Modern fully equipped kitchen with electric cooking, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, rice cooker and more. The light and sunny dining area has table seating for 8, a highchair and a kid’s chair. There is also a selection of children toys, games, puzzles, DVDs and books.

And the final bits and pieces: Unlimited NBN broadband & WiFi. Separate laundry with large washing machine and dryer. Large fully fenced backyard. Clothesline. Outdoor shower. Carport & driveway parking for 2 cars.
