Great house, clean and comfortable, fantastic communication from host and would definitely recommend this place and stay again!

Fabulous location combined with child-friendly amenities, the host was really responsive and ensured a smooth stay. The cabin was well-equipped, like a home from home, and very good value, the kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were very comfy. All the rooms were very clean. Easy to get to and located close to Cowes and all the other attractions Phillip Island has to offer. We really enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Had a very peaceful and relaxing stay at this amazing house. It was well equipped with everything we needed and it was very clean. The host was responsive and provided us with all the information we needed to know how to use the amenities in the house and manage everything. This house is a hidden gem in San Remo. The house is so cosy and comfortable, we had an enjoyable long weekend there. The pool is electrically heated so as to make your stay even more comfortable. The host is very proactive and communicates really well.Thank you folks for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home!

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

We couldn’t fault this place. Everything about it was perfect! My family had such a wonderful and relaxing time. Plenty to do here. They’ve thought of everything! Accommodated everyone comfortably and catered to everyone’s needs. Beds were clean and comfortable. Beautiful kitchen, outdoor dining, outdoor gaming room, swimming pool, bbq area, walking track just out the back, minute’s from the beach and I could go on…. Lol. It has everything you would need for a great time away. Kim and the team were a great help whenever we needed something, they were very responsive. Responded straight away. Definitely would visit here again! ❤️

We stayed at Joanne’s place previously and loved our stay so much we couldn’t wait to come back, so we did! Our stay the second time around was just as blissful. Joanne’s home is beautiful, roomy, clean and with all the amenities you could need to be comfortable and enjoy your holiday. Joanne is always communicative and responsive. The location really is super special and the perfect spot for adventures and is amongst nature, but also only a short drive to dining and shops. Our kids have loved each stay and we’re looking forward to coming back hopefully in the near future. Thanks again Joanne.

Our little family had a wonderful time staying at Steve and Renee’s beach house. The house is located close to the beach so much so that we walked down each other day. The kids loved the large outdoor space in particular the swing set. We would highly recommend staying!

A fantastic find. Great little house that we used as a base to explore the island. Main shopping / eating street in cowes is just around the corner so a very handy location. Narelle was very responsive and helpful. A great communicator. All in all a great stay for my elderly parents, my husband, 12 year old son and i. And our dog!!

The location, so close to the beach, and beautiful garden setting, make this place a wonderful place to stay. The house and bungalow are welcoming, comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped. We stayed here for a couple of nights during the Easter break and had a wonderful time. The property has a spacious outdoor area that’s fully enclosed and private—perfect for relaxing. We brought our pooches along, and the fully fenced yard made it safe and stress-free for them to enjoy the outdoors too. It’s only a short drive to the main street, which has lots of great local restaurants and cafés to explore. Highly recommended! Helen, the host, communicated well throughout, and we were very satisfied with our stay.

The place is quiet and nice, looks exactly like pictures. It is close to the beach, easy to go everywhere. Will want to come back!

The house with the very special decoration is unique and very comfortable to stay for a couple of days, especially due to the very comfortable bed in the main bedroom . To relax in the beautiful garden with an amazing bird life the house is perfect. To make the chill out complete, the two hammocks you can put up on the deck were fantastic! And you can go for a relaxed swim on the very close swimming beach. For people who love surfing the most amazing surf beach in the first surf nature reserve is just a three minute drive away. The waves were just spectacular when we were there. If you want to eat out, it’s just a 20 minute walk on two minute drive to the restaurant in the entrance of the urbanization, It’s really recommendable. We had just had 3 perfect days!

My friend group of 10 and myself absolutely loved out stay at this place. The house was everything we wished for and more. It was in such a fantastic location within walking distance to everything we needed (shops, beach, etc) and the house itself was incredible. So much to do inside with lots of options including pool table, table tennis, basketball, swing set, xbox and more. I would definitely recommend this stay.

After a small hiccup checking in, Richard and the team were super quick to respond to us, and super helpful. The house was lovely and clean, with comfortable beds. Great location with easy beach access at the end of the court, with a great spot for swimming. Cowes only a short drive away. I wold be happy to book with Richard again!
