Lovely location if you want to visit Phillip island! Spacious, clean, comfy residence that made us feel right at home. Lots of utensils in the kitchen. Huge space, both out and indoors. Great hot tub! And it felt private and safe. Sean and Ellie were great communicators and very helpful. Would recommend :)

Gary was a fantastic host and was quick to respond to the booking, given we had made the request within less than 24 hours. The place was beautiful, peaceful and just what was needed for a nice little escape.

We would give our experience at Jane’s house ten stars if we could! From the beginning, Jane is great with communicating and answering questions. Her home is absolutely lovely and had everything we could possibly need to feel at home. The pictures really don’t even do it justice! The location is perfect — close to the beach and town, but quiet and peaceful. Jane includes an extensive guide of attractions, restaurants, and local tips — which came in very handy. We highly recommend staying here — it’s a wonderful home in a beautiful place!!

We stayed here for the Melbourne Cup long weekend and loved the place. Hal and Sue were very responsive and helpful when required. The place itself was a short walk to Surf Beach and a short drive to everything the island has to offer. loved the hot tub and the use of amenities such as the BBQ, WiFi and entertainment. Would absolutely stay here again.

Had a great weekend away at Dan’s place. It’s very cosy and relaxing. Enjoyed the outdoor shower after a beach day. Found the kitchen well equipped and made good use of the bbq. Would stay again!

We throughly enjoyed our stay glamping on Phillip Island. The tent was really well set up with all the basics you need and the hot tub in the evening under the stars was amazing! Very relaxing weekend all around. Highly recommend.

Michelle was a great host - very responsive and friendly to deal with. Her place is very clean, comfortable and within walking distance to the Cowes town centre. The bathroom is well kept with a nicely sized spa. The only issue we had was that the TV was slow to operate. Overall, my partner and I had a great stay and we would love to come back again. Thanks Michelle!

Nice place and met my expectations. However the Host needs to learn how to listen to concerns. When I called he was a bit stand-offish over the phone and condescending. He presume as if he knoes it all. Maybe next time listen and don't back - chat. Very unpleasant 👎🏾

Had a lovely relaxed stay at Coolart Studios. Would highly recommend for a peaceful get away in close proximity to wineries and beaches. Eric was very attentive, helpful and friendly. Thanks for a great stay!

This was my second stay at Steven’s place and once again, I had a great time. The house is very comfortable and peaceful, a great place to unwind and forget about the stressors of everyday life. My dogs settle in with ease and love spending time sniffing around the garden. I’m so grateful to be able to bring them along. We’ll be back next year for sure :)

Recently we had the delight of going to this gorgeous seaside Airbnb. Not only were we blessed with great weather, but also a lovely accommodation too. We have never stayed in such a homely place! Extremely well decorated and furnished e.g. many throw blankets and well equipped kitchen. They had a large array of games and books to keep us occupied. The amenities all worked perfectly throughout our stay. The large sized wrap around yard was wonderful for our dog to run around in, with many different outdoor sitting areas to enjoy and capture the different times of day. The location was walking distance to multiple beaches and the gravel streets was safe and secure for many leisurely walks. The hosts were quick communicators and very accommodating to our questions. Overall it was a 10/10 stay and I would definitely recommend this place!

We loved our stay. The pool and spa were a big hit! Look forward to returning again one day. Highly recommend if your looking for a tranquil place.

I think they was everything in the unit that you would need for a few days stay. All the condiments there, games, cards, videos. Bed and lounge were comfortable. Easy walk to the beach. Recommended.

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

Fantastic place. We had a group for MotoGP at Phillip Island. Could not have asked for a better house or location. Vikki was a great host. Everything we needed was there.

We stayed at Carola's for 4 nights (2 adults and 2 kids). We rocked up later than expected but following her instructions, her apartment was easy to find, even in the dark. Upon waking up in the morning and seeing our location, we were blown away. What a slice of paradise. Birds, bunnies, geese and cows in a near by paddock. The park is very quiet, even when at capacity. Carola's place is perfectly located at the bottom of the park. There is space outside to throw a ball and a pool next door which we also used. Her apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. There is nothing i would have changed about our stay. Thankyou for having us.

Amazing house and stunning location. Beautifully presented period home, perfect for large or multiple families to stay in comfort, with all the home comforts you could imagine. Lisa was fantastic to communicate with and very responsive. Positives: -The house is incredibly spacious, with multiple zones to chill and relax. -All the modern conveniences – the kitchen is very well-equipped. -Plenty of activities to keep large groups entertained (e.g. swimming pool, table tennis, pool table, games, and multiple areas to unwind). -Short walking distance to the beach with private access. Negatives: -None! The best house I’ve stayed in, and very reasonably priced for the space.

We had a great time at Surf Beach. Really beautiful and accessible spot. The pool was perfect for our family. The space had everything we needed. Beach and dunes were beautiful. Thanks and we will stay again.

The place was big but not too big, so it was very cozy. It was easy to find and the area is great. When we arrived, all the aircon was turned on and we immediately felt comfortable on that hot day. There were a lot of kitchen appliances available to use too.
