The beach, restaurants, boutiques, family-friendly activities, public transport and nightlife are at your door. Neat and tidy 2 bedroom unit suits couples, business travellers, and families.
A perfect place to relax by the sea, with a north facing secure backyard for the kids and to catch the sun.
Two minute walk to everything, including 'At the Heads' wedding venue and IGA supermarket.
High quality linen and towels provided.
The right balance between comfort, a bit of modern and child friendly.
The space
A very quiet area even though everything is at your door. Off street parking and free parking on the street if you have more than one car. The bathroom includes a bath for relaxing or for the kids. We provide shampoo and conditioner, and there’s a hairdryer.
TV, DVD player and apple TV, DVDs, books, magazines and wireless speaker for music. Trundle bed provided on request making it suitable to sleep five people. We love coffee so there is fresh coffee with your choice of plunger or Italian espresso made on the stove top. The pantry includes the basics including muesli and oats for breakfast. UHT milk provided. Our professional cleaners ensure a thorough clean of the entire home, with a focus on all high touch areas.
Guest access
Secure and private backyard. Safe swimming beach 2 mins walk. Modern children's playground and BBQ facilities on the beach front. Surf beach is also walking distance. Fishing on the Barwon bridge. Shops and restaurants all around the corner. You can't get closer and still have peaceful surrounds. On the cold days we have reverse cycle air con in the living area and electric heater for the bedrooms- you won't be cold inside!
Other things to note
We are continually adding touches to make our unit more comfortable. Just recently we changed all the tap ware adding a bigger shower head and a handheld shower over the bath. We added more hooks for towels and a large bathroom mirror.
We aim to provide everything you need for a relaxing stay.
We even keep a basket of spare toiletries in the bathroom should you forget anything, including your toothbrush.
We’ve just planted some olive trees in the backyard (Oct 2017) and can’t wait to see them grow.
19/9/2018 Now we have a new shower screen. Very excited about that! The olive trees are growing but ever so slowly. Painted some of the side fence in wayward grey. I like the colour against the brickwork.
10/12/2018 We have a new big couch, making the lounge even more comfortable to laze around on hot or cold days.
19/3/20 Our cleaners are giving all our high touch areas that bit extra to keep that coronavirus at bay.
10/6/20 We have a brand new queen bed in the main bedroom. And our carpets have been steam cleaned. The olive trees have grown so much we needed to give them a bit of a prune.
