Bantam cottage is a 1 bedroom cottage within a larger building on an extremely rural equestrian livery yard. The nearest pub is about 1.5 miles and the nearest shop about 3 miles away, so a car is a necessity.
The cottage sleeps a maximum of 2 adults. We are around 7 miles/20 mins drive from Skegness, so perfect for the beach and attractions but in a peaceful location. You will see goats, ponies and chickens on the farm. Free parking on site.
No smoking allowed on site.

The space
Everything is powered by electricity, so with no combustion we don’t have any requirement for carbon monoxide detectors.
We have a wind turbine on-site that generates a lot of the electricity.
Both rooms a of a generous size and have views over neighbouring farmland.

Guests have the cottage to themselves.

Other things to note
The cottage has one parking space for a standard sized car.
EV charger (type 2, 7Kw tethered) available by prior arrangement at additional cost.
Once again, the cottage is in the middle of nowhere
