We are a non smoking residence. It is bad for your health and can trigger the very very sensitive smoke detectors. Please do not smoke within the premises.

If you are arriving on a car, the property management office is in charge of the parking spaces. We can arrange one for you but you'll be charged 350/day which you will be paying directly to the guards on duty.
