BRIGHT AZ SUN ROOM in Midtown Tucson. Around the corner from UMC Banner Hospital & Univ of AZ. Studio features lots of windows, a queen bed, sitting area w two leather chairs, full kitchen, large bath, walk in shower & views of mtns. Decorated in bright colors, special touches of big fluffy towels, essential kitchen supplies & toiletries. Grill, Firepit, sitting patio is semi-private. We offer backyard parking for 1 vehicle & Street parking also avl. Keybox Checkin. Free Washer/Dryer

The space
Sunroom is large with lots of windows, curtains for privacy, small view of the mountain.
INSIDE: A small kitchen w frig, oven/stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and essentials for your short stay. The living area has a small reclining sofa and an armour with a few small drawers for personal items. A small dresser for clothes. Wifi is available, as well as, 160 channel extended antennae . The smart TV and has immediate capability to logging into your favorite movie sites (hulu, netflix) we do not provide logins though. Bathroom is large, has a walk in shower, a closet to hang clothes. Shampoo, conditioner and soap is provided, as well as, big fluffy white towels.

OUTSIDE: There is a small semi-private patio for bbqing with a propane grill and sitting table for 2, as well as, a small firepit The laundry room is shared with the main house. It has a slightly old washer and dryer (works great though) for guest use, along with some cleaning supplies like brooms etc.

Parking is located in the back, follow the signs to your personal space for one vehicle per unit. If your vehicle is oversized or your party has more than one, then street parking is available. Keybox with code for flex checkin. (provided 2 days before checkin).

NOTES: this is a SUN Room. The curtains will only block out some light - it will not be dark during the day.

Yard is not fully fenced in, pets are welcome but should be leashed.

Please note there are outdoor cameras on the property for everyones protection. Tampering with them is not allowed and will result in terminating agreement.

Guest access
There is a shared Laundry room, hours for laundry are 8am to 8 pm. Quiet time is after 9 pm. The front porch is for the main house guest but if we dont have a guest up there, then free to use.

Other things to note
Friendly dogs are welcome. If you have a cat to bring, please talk to us first, we have some special rules for cats that you would need to agree to. We do not allow parties and absolutely no smoking in our home.

The kitchen has apartment size stove, oven , frig, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker. Pans, baking, measuring cups & spoons . Some spices , sugar, flour and coffee. Some condiments frig. Basics like ketchup mustard, mayo and olive oil. Sometimes depending on what the previous guests use. There is a neighborhood Walmart and dollar store within a mile as well for last minute items.
