Welcome to paradise! Art Sounion, a breathtaking seafront semi-detached house (60 m²) offers the ultimate coastal retreat, where the sound of waves and the salty breeze greet you at every turn. Imagine waking up to panoramic sea views right from your bed, sipping your morning coffee on a terrace overlooking pristine waters, and unwinding with a sunset so vivid it feels like a masterpiece. We’ve decorated the space with artworks we love to give the home warmth, personality, and a creative spark.

The space
Art Sounion (just a 2-minute walk from Pountazeza Beach),is a haven of beauty for your stay in Attica. You will not fail to be seduced by the authenticity of the place and the sea. The house was built in 1960s and is newly renovated.

Unlike other coastal spots, our side of the bay remains calm even when winds pick up elsewhere, making it ideal for swimming, paddleboarding, or simply soaking in the tranquil atmosphere.

Our charming seaside home offers direct access to the sea right in front of the house via beautiful, naturally formed reeling rocks. Perfect for sea lovers, you can enjoy a morning dip just steps from your door or unwind at a tiny, secluded beach next to the house.

The living area is bathed in natural light, with floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedroom offers the ultimate in relaxation with spectacular views. The kitchen is well equipped and the inviting living room is perfect for relaxing with family and friends after a day spent on the beach.

Families are very welcome, but please note: The garden is not suitable for children to play in, due to uneven terrain and natural features. We recommend close supervision for families with young kids.
