The space
Walking distance to the bustling shopping and nightlife districts of West Village, Fish Lane and Melbourne Street. By day you can walk down to the galleries, library and museum at Cultural Centre or take in stunning views with a walk along the Brisbane River.

The apartment’s stylish living area opens onto a balcony with sweeping views of the city. Kick back to watch movies or shows on the new 75 inch smart TV with Netflix, Prime or Stan. Or cook up a storm in a fully equipped kitchen with every utensil you’ll need. Barbecue a steak on the Weber Q, then dine either indoors or out on the balcony.

Choose your café downstairs or make your own coffees using Nespresso pods and milk frother. A choice of teas also provided.

Each of the two bedroom offer queen size beds and ensuite bathrooms. The main bedroom offers 180 degree city views and opens onto the balcony and includes a full size walk-in robe. With a choice of pillows and extra bedding you’re in for a good night’s sleep.

Both stylish bathrooms offer walk-in showers and luxury vanity units with mirrors to the ceiling.

The kitchen is equipped for longer stays with a full-size fridge, gas cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The laundry offers a washing machine, tumble dryer, tub and ironing facilities.

The quality Ecosa sofa in the living room very cleverly unrolls into a very comfy queen size bed. A topper mattress and all the bedding you'll need is also provided on request should you plan to use the sofa bed to accommodate more people. Naturally you'll need to make your own bed using the provided bedding.

On the roof you’ll find a lap pool and a spot to soak up the sun.

Unlike many of our competitors, we do NOT have any nearby construction noise during the day.

True to its name, all rooms feature a variety of tasteful contemporary original art.

Guest access
You will have full and completely private access to the entire apartment. The apartment is very secure with access to both the foyer and the floor level, requiring a provided security swipe. The resort-style facilities include a shared pool and sun area on the roof, also accessed via the security swipe.

If you are planning on bringing your children, please let me know how many and their ages. Note that infants under two are free and I will provide a portable crib (without bedding) and a high chair at no charge. Just let me know in advance.

As a pet lover, I welcome most pets, but please let me know the details in advance. For dogs please indicate the breed and size (kg).

Because the apartment is so well equipped with every conceivable thing you'll need, we take extra precautions with photos and an inventory list prior to each guest checking in.
