We had a great stay! We stayed for 6 weeks while we sold our house and bought another. Tracey kindly let our pets stay after a few reasonable questions and responded very quickly to any queries/comments we had. For example, we mentioned that a few of the clothesline ropes had broken and the whole rope was fixed in days. This location and home was perfect for our needs as a short term home where the whole family (2A, 2C and 2 pets) could feel at home during what was quite a stressful period. It was as also very convenient for travel to schools and the city during peak hours. The desk got an absolute workout with gamers and people working from home and internet was never an issue. If you have a dog, there are a couple of nice dog parks close by to wander too, to get the energy out. We stayed in summer and the Aircon was much appreciated by the British members of the family. It is on the cosy side but a cute place and great access. Thanks for a great stay Tracey!

Fantastic location. Exactly as described. Extremely comfortable 1 week stay for my family.

This was our second stay at James and Mette's place, and we had a great time yet again! Perfect for a family with a little dog. The local area is quiet but the house is still within walking distance of the bayside waterfront and the local shops (Woolies etc). This time around we had a lot less rain than our first visit, and we enjoyed a BBQ dinner under the festoon lights on the back patio. The cottage has had a lot of love poured into it, and it's perfect for a low-key but very comfortable beachy holiday :)

Kate was a fantastic host! We booked her home for a few employees who were working nearby. Due to changes happening on site, we had to make amendments to our booking. Kate was so understanding and helped us massively with changing the dates around for us. She couldn't have been more accommodating!! The employees were happy and had no complaints during their stay. We would definitely book again if back in the area. Highly recommend. Thanks again Kate! :)

We had a lovely holiday. The beach was so convenient and close. It was peaceful listening to the waves at night.

Had a lovely relaxing stay. Loved being able to bring the dogs with us and enjoyed relaxing morning walks and sunset drinks on the balcony. Property was clean and tidy, and had everything we needed. A really nice weekend getaway.

Our second time at the Kingfisher cottage was better than the first. We loved the homey feel, being able to sit on both front and back porches to listen to the chatty rainbow lorikeets, and the secure fencing and gates that meant our pups could explore the garden on their own. Its so close to the ferry, which means we waited for the trip back from the front porch while our dogs could have a final sniff, instead of being cooped up in the car waiting at the dock. Coochimudlow is a small island, but has lots of beaches to discover. We enjoyed coffee, cake and meals at the local restaurants, just a short 5min walk away. We really appreciated the comfy couches, the stable wifi and the clean bathroom and kitchen of the house. Hoping to be back for our third visit some time in the future.

The accommodation is amazing. The pool in the backyard is great for everyone, especially during the hot days and it has a shower downstairs to clean yourself before going back inside the house. The house is full of amenities. The house was clean and provided everything that was in their description. I would only recommend having more mirrors as it lacks mirrors. Overall it is a great place to stay and would definitely come back again as it is close to everything and only 15 minutes from the CBD

Great Airbnb, very clean, tidy, spacious!

Very comfortable, decent size plus a well equipped kitchenette. Lovely quiet location close to the river and a really good cafe for breakfast just 200 meters walk down the road, hard to fault!

It was wonderful staying in Tiddabinda. My daughter and I had such lovely quality times feeling like home. The host Tammy is lovely lady she response quickly and she is always ready to help us :-). Parking easy, close the mall, quiet and lovely swim pool! Will definitely visit again!

We had a great stay at Mark’s apartment. The space was clean, warmly decorated and well equipped for a comfortable stay. Communication with Mark was very easy and friendly. The location of the apartment is perfect for exploring the cultural precinct of Brisbane and has many eateries nearby. Would definitely recommend this lovely apartment for a stay in Brisbane!

A great place to stay for our family as we just moved to Australia. Claire and Sharon were very helpful and responsive during our stay and the townhouse was very comfortable and functional for our family of 3 + our cat. Lovely pool!

The perfect place for our family reunion! The house was absolutely beautiful, and the kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with appliances and dishes—everything we could possibly need. Brigid was also really helpful with any questions I had, making our stay even more enjoyable. It was wonderful staying there, and our whole family loved it. Highly recommend!

Great location close to all amenities, description of home very accurate, outdoor area around pool had the loveliest plush lawn, perfect for our grandson to run around on, very private in back yard. Had extra granny flat attached to the home, although we did not utilise it, would be helpful for a larger family or grandparents, nice host to deal with. Overall had a nice relaxing break.

Amazing pet friendly accommodation with everything you need for a short or long stay. Main Street and good coffee within walking distance and quiet neighborhood surrounding. Park at the end of the street, public transport close for city trips. Loved it

Absolutely highly recommend. A perfect place to stay whether a couple or family. Clean, neat n tidy. Quiet surroundings but not far from shops and restaurants. Rosanne was always responsive to any questions and a very great host. You will not be disappointed with your stay.

We stayed during the lead up to cyclone Alfred and our host was responsive to our concerns and needs during this time, which we were thankful for. The space itself was exactly as described. It was private and tastefully decorated with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had our two dogs and, even though the space was compact, there is a dog park a 10 min walk, or a 2 min drive away. There's a block of shops less than 5 minutes walk away, with Indian and Chinese food, a sushi restaurant, and a bakery which was super convenient. Even though the location is only a kilometre or two off the motorway, there's absolutely no road noise. We will definitely stay again without hesitation.

The house is located in a very good area of Brisbane. Lucien is clear and precise with his instructions, friendly and very concerned about his guests. Check out is equally flexible and very easy. Very good WIFI, which was important for me because i had to work during this time. The house is clean and has everything you need, from towels to cooking stuff, which we can 100% confirm as in the last week, of our 3 weeks stay, we had to stay a lot in the house and cook, due to a cyclone. The only negative thing to say is the parking, which is difficult to find, however, after a few days you learn which is the best area to park. We thank Lucien and his family for being attentive during the stressful week we had and hope in the near future to be able to stay there without any natural disaster.

This is one of the best airbnb’s that I have stayed at for a quiet relaxing break. Absolutely spectacular unobstructed views north to south along the coast and from the bed ! A wonderful private little cabin high up on the mountains with everything you need.
