This traditional 19th Century end-terrace house is situated on a small cul-de-sac in the quiet suburb of Wavertree. In 2020 Wavertree was described as the best-connected location in Liverpool and Arnold Grove is easily accessible by Bus, Train, Car, Taxi and more.

Train and Bus links to Liverpool Lime Street, as well as both Liverpool and Manchester Airports just a 15 & 25-minute walk away.

The city centre is just a 10-15 minute journey by either bus, train, car or bike. Bus links to the city centre & football grounds are a 3-minute walk away with Buses every 10-15 minutes costing £2.30 for a single ticket and £4.40 for a day ticket.

E-scooters & City Bikes are available streetside across the city.
