Welcome to the stunning property "Armagh" located in beautiful Geelong West. Showcasing it's Victorian charm and lovely décor we hope our guests feel right at home. Providing space for the whole family or perhaps you are 2-3 families traveling together, Armagh is perfect to host your stay! Only a short stroll away is the popular Pakington St precinct offering endless cafes, bars and boutique shopping. Geelong has much to offer & we are perfectly located for exploring the Geelong region!

The space
With Victorian charm beautifully presented, Armagh offers 4 bedrooms downstairs (3x queen beds & 2x single beds), central main bathroom with a separate toilet and a separate formal lounge room with ornate fire place, just a perfect space to sit back and enjoy company with friends & family. The open plan kitchen/dining (with high chair available) and main living area will be the hub of the home where you can get together for breakfast or a lovely family dinner. Over looking the landscaped gardens where you can relax in the sunshine to read a book after a day of exploring Geelong.

Upstairs offers the master bedroom with walk in robe, bathroom and private balcony. Boasting a study area and a little kitchen nook you can pour a cup of coffee to enjoy on your balcony in the morning sun without disturbing the kids downstairs.

Armagh's gardens are professionally maintained and each stay is prepared by commercial cleaners.

There is a park across the road and streaming TV services included for the creature comforts of home.

Pakington Street is only a short stroll away where you can enjoy local super market, shops, cafes and restaurants!

Other things to note
Please note the backyard is a shared space to enjoy with another property located at the rear of the home. You will almost always have exclusive use of this space, but it is shared.

The upstairs bedroom has split-system air conditioning, but the rest of the bedrooms are cooled with fans. The downstairs kitchen/living has split-system heating & cooling.

We can not provide off street parking however there is ample free parking located out the front of the property on Wellington Street.
