The apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay, and its location puts you just minutes away from the city's attractions such as the Old Venetian Harbor, Chania Center and city beach. Ideal for any type of traveler seeking a comfortable and peaceful retreat.
The space
#G1, our ground floor 2-bed apartment boasts garden views and plenty of natural light. It is the only unit on the ground floor of a three-storey building with ten apartments and offers direct access to our beautiful backyard/garden, which is home to an almond and a bitter orange tree, among other flowers and plants.
The apartment features:
– A spacious twin-bed room with east-facing window overlooking the garden.
– A master bedroom with a double-bed and south-west facing double-glazed door offering access to the balcony/patio and garden, creating a relaxing atmosphere.
– A large living room with sofa, armchair, dining/work table, aircon, TV, and open plan fully-equipped kitchen.
– Double-glazed door leading to the balcony/patio which has seating and a table for you to enjoy morning coffee or a book with a garden view.
– The bathroom features a half wall separating the toilet and shower and a hairdryer.
Our location is unbeatable. Just a 4-minute walk to the Venetian old town, 8 minutes to the city centre, and a short 10-minute walk to the nearest beach, Dimitris City Break Apts is the perfect choice for anyone looking to stay in a comfortable, peaceful, and sunny place throughout the year, while still enjoying all the city has to offer. Fire safety. The building has a manual fire alarm system with call points on every floor, and fire extinguishers on each landing, as required by Greek law. Individual smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are not fitted inside the apartments. The apartments have no gas supply and no combustion appliances.

Dimitris City Break Apts are located in a quiet and peaceful urban area with little traffic, close to amenities and shops as well as a large municipal park ideal for families. There is free street parking (shared with local residents in the area) and a private paid car park a couple of blocks from our location which is also next to a large supermarket (Sklavenitis).
Guests are within 4-10mins walking distance from everything the Venetian Harbour/Old Town and the city centre can offer incl. the best cultural spots, bars, restaurants and shops and the nearest beach in the city (Nea Chora).
