Penthouse with stunning 360° view on Florence and hills, large pvt terrace w/tables, chairs and plants. Furnished w/particular taste, custom pieces, design and value in elegant, quiet and not too touristy area. Less 10 min walk to the beginning of centre and pedestrian area and other 10/15 to main monuments; 3 min from Campo di Marte train station connected to SMN in 5 min w/frequent trains. Bus stops close to the apt. Can be reached w/car, possibility of prkg in the streets around the building.

We are owner-hosts for over 8 years and more then 200 reviews. We take of everything personally. Have never allowed self check-in as we like to meet and welcome our guests and introduce them to the apartment!
It is a super penthouse on the 7th floor (with elevator to the 6th) of a beautiful 50's building. The buildings in the area are all lower and this guarantees a wonderful view both from the terrace and the rooms.
You can reach it by car, with parking in the streets around the building. It has a 360° view over Florence and its hills with an extensive private patio/terrace with tables, chaise longues and plants.
It is a real apartment that we redesigned and where we have lived: we furnished it with our taste, made to measure and design pieces, in an elegant area, with very good services, quiet and local.
It's composed of a romantic double bedroom with a 1,6x2 mt bed, an equipped and habitable kitchen, a design wooden bathroom with rain built in shower and bathtub, as well as a relaxing veranda and the large 360 degrees panoramic private terrace overlooking the Duomo and the historic centre of Florence and its hills with plants, trees, tables for lovely breakfasts, lunches and dinners, and sun loungers for sunbaths. All rooms have large windows.
When you'll arrive at the apartment there will be one of us to welcome you and provide you with all the necessary information and advices. You will also find the map of the historic center to explore the city and find everything you need (shops, restaurants, tourist sites, etc.) with all points of interest highlighted by us.

Whenever we can, we go to the center to visit a museum or simply look for places that have remained authentic.
