"Families & Friends" is a 100 m² apartment in a beautiful building in the Oltrarno district. It's close to Florence's historic center, served by public transport, and a 30-minute walk to Ponte Vecchio. The quiet street has shops, a supermarket, coffee bars, and a pharmacy nearby. The space
Families & Friends is located on a very quiet and private street. The apartment overlooks a small garden and the street on the other side. It is new, having been recently renovated in July 2018 with great attention to every detail.
The rooms all overlook a large entrance hall with air conditioning.
Two bathrooms with showers, one large and the other smaller, feature parquet and ceramic floors, and the walls are painted in delicate pastel shades from antique pink to dove gray.
Everything you need to make the most of your vacation/stay is available: sheets and towels, soap, shower gel, and a hairdryer; an iron and ironing board; and for those who need to stay in shape, even an exercise bike.
The rustic-style kitchen has a comfortable, large table and is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and kettle. Toaster is also available,

Theater journalist. Let's put life's priorities in order, as we only have one. First, dog sitter, but only for my dog, a black cocker spaniel named Joe, like the most famous singer. I have two sons and a wife, and of course everyone has their own opinion, even the dog! Great mediation skills. I enjoy cooking: jams, tagliatelle, meat sauce, etc. My pizzas are almost professional. Bread gives me a bit of trouble; it turns out okay but is always different... well. In my spare time, I am the President of Mas Communication srl, one of the most successful advertising agencies/dealerships in Florence, owner of Teatrionline, the national theater portal. Oh, I forgot, I am a freelance journalist, but who cares? For article marketing or if you need a great press office, just ask, but don't you dare ask me for a jar of strawberry jam... it's very expensive and, in any case, already sold out.
