Updated to include all the modern conveniences and amenities you'd expect in a luxury home while retaining its mid century design and original aesthetic. It sits on an oversized corner lot, with a privacy walled and hedged back yard, pool, spa and large fire-pit. Great views of the San Jacinto Mountains in the distance, multiple sunning areas under the palms and an ample covered patio for dining al fresco and grilling.

Inside, you'll find 4 bedrooms: 2 master suites with full baths and 2 additional bedrooms with a full bath in the hall shared by the 2. The primary suites bookend the house and have sliders to the back yard, fire-pit, pool, and spa. The 2 hall bedrooms share a front walled and private patio with a great view of the mountains. An open living/dining/kitchen area provides space for relaxing in the sitting area with dining for 8 and a full open kitchen. The open living area is flanked by a wall of glass overlooking the expansive pool and backyard. The living room features a gas burning fireplace. The house is most comfortable when hosting 6 adults plus possibly 2 additional children though it can host 8 adults.

You'll find everything you need to prepare and serve meals indoors and out in the well-equipped kitchen.

There is a modern smart TV in the great room with a Sonos surround sound-bar. The TV is hooked up to Apple TV and has YouTube TV for live TV. There are additional Sonos speakers located throughout the home providing for music and sound all over the interior of the home.

There are additional smart TVs located in the master bedrooms, and one of the guest bedrooms, all connected to Apple TV's with YouTube TV.

Mesh Wi-fi is provided throughout the home and 400 mbps service is provided.

Fine Aesop luxury soaps and shampoos are provided for you use.

Other things to note
**During summer months, thermostats cannot be turned below 72 degrees. 72 is a very comfortable indoor temperature when outdoor temps are over 105-120 degrees.

This is a no pets/no smoking rental.

The pool can be warmed for a fee which varies depending upon the time of year. We will discuss this with you upon booking or can quote it for you ahead of time. Pool warming is usually needed from November – May of each year. Spa heat is always complimentary.

We can only accept reservations from those with 5 star feedback from Airbnb hosts.

Palm Springs has a few rules around renting in our city. These rules apply to ALL short-term rentals in the city and are not our house rules, however we must inform you of these rules and apply them to your rental per city law. To summarize:

~ You must be 25 years old to rent/Responsible party must provide copy of ID.
~ No more than 2 people per bedroom allowed (8 adults for this house, plus 2 children under 12)
~ No more than 4 cars can be parked at the house (1 per bedroom)
~ No OUTDOOR music allowed 24 hours per day (indoor music cannot be audible at the property line)
~ A separate contract is required (in addition to the 3rd party booking company contract).
