Yes it’s the best location in Downtown Houston with a private pool, it’s the closest Airbnb to all DT games & concerts. central and furnished with a modern comfy furniture.
This Home is perfect for small gathering to relax and socialize to enjoy downtown sight seeing /Astros , Rockets & all events.

Please read the following points:
- We allow Birthday events celebration however house rules need to be followed . Ask for event prices.
- THIS IS A NON SMOKING HOUSE (you might be a subject for fine in case of smoking indoors)
- Strictly NO NOISE outdoor (front of the house, balcony, pool area) after 11pm
- ALL guests must provide ID PRIOR to booking if it is their first time booking with us.
- Guests with NO REVIEWS or a rating BELOW 5 stars are required to pay a refundable $450 security deposit before check-in, similar to the incidental hold required by hotels.
- Booked guests are not allowed to invite strangers to the house. security cameras are outside the property to monitor Safety issues around the property.
Self Check in is at 3pm, Self Check out 12pm sharp
- Flat price is only for 1 to 3 guests after 3 guests we charge around $55 fee per person.
- guests are requested to return the place in a decent condition. We charge very low cleaning to only cover the bedding changing , disinfect all touches surfaces and tidy up the place, Guests who trash the place will be charged extra fee for cleaning.
- any damage, staining or missing items will result in extra charge
- please try not to mark walls they have been repainted
- please don’t block pathways for our neighbors cars (no Angle parking or double parking, car will be towed). Trucks and long Vans won’t fit in garage.
- pets may require additional fee of $75/ day per pet. Pets are not allowed to Pope at the property or backyard.
