The space
This is a freshly 100 m² renovated apartment. The apartment is just 50 meter away or 1 min' walk from Victoria square metro station at the heart of Athens!
Monastiraki - 2 stops (4 minutes), Syntagma square - 3 stops (5 minutes), Acropoli - 4 stops (6 minutes) and National Archaeological Museum of Athens on foot in 7 minutes only! (550 meters).That means that you can see Athens in no time!
At this lovely 100 m² apartment everything is brand new. It includes three bedrooms,one bathroom,one WC,a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need,a living room and a beautiful balcony where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee or dinner :)
The master bedroom can sleep up to 3 persons. It has a double bed (matress 1.40x2.00) which is very comfortable for 2 persons and a sofa-beb for 1 person.
The second bedroom is for 3 persons,sofa-bed (1.40x2.00) and a single bed.
The second living room sleeps 2 persons in a sofa-bed (1.40-2.00).

Guest access
All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Sheets and towels are provided.
There is also free high speed wi-fi internet & ADSL Internet connection.
In the living room there is a pretty new sofa and a 40'' TV. Netflix is also available for watching the best movies or series.
The bathroom is fully equiped
(towels,hairdryer,shampoo).A small WC is also available.
At your disposal in the kitchen is:
A refrigerator that you can store whatever you want in,an electric stove,a coffee maker,an electric kettle and a fire extinguisher for your own safety.
Coffee,tea and sugar are available.
The equipments for your baby (cot,eating chair,bath) should be requested prior to arrival (with an extra charge of 20 euros for stays up to 4 nights and 5 euros per day from 5 nights and more).
Washing machine is not provided,but there is a laundry store 2 minutes away on foot.

Please bare in mind, that during check in you will be asked to provide your Passport for tax and revenue purposes. We are required by Greek law to provide such information for taxation. I will treat any data collected during the course of making bookings or dealing with enquiries in strict confidence.
