Perched atop the picturesque Paris Mountain, right in the heart of Greenville, this mountain home blends modern luxury with natural splendor, along with all of the amenities of a thriving city just miles away.
The stunning views of the Blue Ridge Mtns can be enjoyed from the jacuzzi on the deck or relaxing inside the by the cozy 72" fireplace.
Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, surrounded by mountain views. Wake up to magnificent sunrises from both bedrooms, while snuggling in cozy cotton linens.
The space
A luxury mountain property that includes two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Both bedrooms are fitted with comfortable memory foam king beds, luxury linens and stunning views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Each bedroom has sliding glass door access to the deck and a private sitting area off both bedrooms.
Primary bedroom has ensuite with large shower and soaking tub. Secondary bedroom has bathroom just a door away with a large shower and washer/dryer.
The kitchen is adorned with a massive island, elegant lighting and all the amentites one needs to cook a gourmet meal. Coffee station includes a Nespresso, French press, grinder, electric water kettle and a regular coffee pot. Starter coffee supplies are also included.
The living and dining area include comfortable seating to dine and relax, with a 75" TV, electric fireplace, and best of all, beautiful views of the peaceful Blue Ridge Mountains.
A small work station is nestled in a hallway with beautiful lighting and artwork, along with a Marshall Bluetooth speaker that carries all throughout the house and deck.
This property is NOT suitable for children, therefore, all guests are required to be 18+ yrs old. The primary guest renting the property is to be 25+ yrs and staying at the property during the entire stay. Thank you for your attention to this important detail. Guests are to be age twenty-five (25) or older to book the property and must be one of the guests staying at the property. All guests must be 18+ years of age to stay at our property.

No pets allowed due to pet allergies. No exceptions.
No hair dyeing on property.
By booking and staying at the property, Guest(s) acknowledges and agree:
Use at Own Risk – Guest(s) assumes all risks associated with the property, including stairs, decks, appliances, and outdoor areas.
Jacuzzi/Hot Tub – Use is at your own risk. Pregnant women and those with medical conditions should consult a doctor before use. No glass, alcohol, or drugs in or near the jacuzzi. No sitting on upper sides of the jacuzzi.
Liability Acknowledgement:
Release of Liability – Property Owner/Manager is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal property during your stay.
Damages – Guest(s) are financially responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their party.
1. Assumption of Risk
I, the undersigned Guest, acknowledge and agree that my stay at the above property, including use of all facilities such as the jacuzzi/hot tub, deck, stairs, appliances, and outdoor areas, involves inherent risks of injury, illness, or property damage. I voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of myself and all members of my party.
2. Jacuzzi/Hot Tub Use
I understand and agree that:
Use of the jacuzzi/hot tub is at my own risk.
Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, high blood pressure, diabetes, or other serious health concerns should consult a physician before use.
Alcohol, drugs, or medications may increase the risk of drowning, overheating, or injury.
I am responsible for ensuring that all members of my party follow posted safety instructions and time limits.
3. Release of Liability
In consideration for being permitted to use and occupy the property, I release, waive, and discharge the property owner/manager, their agents, and employees from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from my stay, including but not limited to injury, illness (including waterborne illness), accident, or death related to use of the property or jacuzzi.
4. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner/manager from any claims or damages brought by any member of my party or any third party invited to the property by me.
5. Responsibility for Damages
I accept financial responsibility for any damages to the property, furnishings, or jacuzzi caused by myself, my guests, or my invitees.
