Living Room: Unwind on the comfortable futon couch and stream Netflix on the 65" 4K smart TV. Admire the view of the pool and swaying palm trees, creating a serene backdrop for relaxation.

Dining Room: Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of the dining room, featuring a plant wall that adds a touch of nature's beauty. Enjoy memorable meals surrounded by pineapple accents.

Kitchen: Discover a fully equipped kitchen with sleek countertops, modern appliances, and all the essentials to prepare delicious meals inspired by the flavors of the tropics.

Master Bedroom: Indulge in restful sleep in the master bedroom's cozy king-size bed. The room features a smart TV for your streaming needs, 2 closets for your entire wardrobe, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared with the hall that can be closed off for more privacy.

-Free unassigned, uncovered parking within the gated community (no garage access)
-No mailbox access. Please do not use our address for mail.
-Elevator access (unit is on the 3rd floor)

Other things to note
-Only available for 30 day minimum stays as required by the HOA (90+ days are available, please inquire).
-All guests must be 25+ except for children with parents. We will require a photo ID in the Airbnb messaging board.
-4 people max. We will ask for the names of the guests in the Airbnb messaging board.
-There is a Ring camera by the front door in place for your protection.
-We provide starter supplies like toilet paper, a paper towel roll, a few trash bags, and hotel shampoo/conditioner/soap. You will need to purchase more supplies for your extended stay.
