Guests will have access to 1st and 2nd floors of Allard Tower. Furthermore guests will have 2 parking spots. One at the tower and one at the office.

There is a utility area below the 1st floor, guests are not permitted into this area.

Everyone I meet is in awe of where I live. The Allard Tower is the beginning of more projects to come, especially along Rapid Creek below in a canyon area called Johnson Siding. Living in the Black Hills National Forest for the last 40 years has been a true joy and testament to the American Dream. I am very grateful for everything I have and accomplished. I look forward to sharing it with each new guest who wants to stay and experience a taste.
