Acadia Winter Harbor House in Maine has 3 bedrooms. 1 queen bed in one room. 1 queen bed in bedroom 2, and 2 twin beds in third bedroom, sleeping up to 6 people. One half-bath on main floor. Tub/shower bathroom on second level near bedrooms. Full kitchen equipped for meal prep. Comfortable, clean, convenient. NO PETS. Two exterior 24/7 security cameras monitor the front entry and driveway. Park in driveway only. Base price is for two people. Small extra charge for more than 2 guests and # of guests must be included when booking. Look up to see eagles, gulls, osprey... and the array of stars on a clear night!

Three bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse (a full half of the duplex house, with private entrance and private back deck/fenced-in yard with view), is your unshared vacation space. Parking in driveway only. Two 24/7 Security cameras monitor driveway and front entrance only. No interior rental space is in view of any camera. NO ANIMALS. NO SMOKING/Vaping. Per HOA, no guests - day or night- other than those listed on reservation or approved by owner.

VIEW of Acadia National Park's iconic Cadillac Mountain from our back deck! Surrounding area is quiet and peaceful in a private neighborhood. Less than 1 mile from the entrance to the beautiful Schoodic Point section of Acadia National Park. Within walking distance to the harbor, seasonal restaurants, shops, galleries and the seasonal passenger ferry to Bar Harbor. The grocery store is within walking distance. Within the complex, just steps away, there is a playscape for kids to enjoy, brick paths, a picnic table in a gazebo. One minute from kayak and bike rentals. In a quiet, family neighborhood in town but on a private cul de sac removed from traffic.

We have two kids and a house full of animals! My husband was born and raised in winter harbor and I have been all over the USA my father was in the coast guard for 28 years .
