'Acacia Cottage' is a two-bedroom, self-contained annexe which adjoins our house.

This 2 bedroom accommodation has its own private access and parking on site.

*Please note the bedrooms in this property are on separate floors. Master bedroom is upstairs and twin downstairs.

*There is no outside space available for guests.

The space
The annexe is light and spacious containing two bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom and front room with dining area.

The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and is situated upstairs adjacent to the bathroom which contains a large rain shower.

The second bedroom, which is on the ground floor has two single beds. Both bedrooms contain drawers and plenty of hanging space for clothes.
*Please be aware that this bedroom is downstairs next to the front room/diner.

There is a well equipped kitchen on the ground floor which has a washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob and oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer and coffee machine.

The ground floor front room/diner also contains a wood burner and ample space for relaxing. A large smart TV is available with Freeview.

There is no outside space available with this accommodation.

Parking is available for up to 2 cars on the driveway directly outside property.

Tesco Express/Petrol Station is a short 5 minute walk for essentials.

Battle Rail Station is an 8 minute walk with direct trains running to Hastings or London.

Entrance to Battle Great Woods can be reached at top of the lane.

A guide to appliances and places to eat and visit locally is located within property.

Other things to note
The main bedroom is situated on the first floor next to the bathroom.

The second bedroom is on the ground floor next to front room/diner.

There is no garden space available with this property.
