This is a beach and golf lovers’ luxury condo and available for vacation or long term rental. This condo is an absolute beach front resort. One bedroom 60 sq. meter fully furnished with separate living room and kitchen located at the Yambay / Milford Resort which is located in Khao Tao in south of Hua Hin. The large bedroom features a king size bed, built in closet, large UPVC window giving amazing sea and mountain views. 2 flat screen tv's, private high speed WiFi.

The space
This newly remodeled full one bedroom condo has been designed like a 5 star suite, with a fully equipped modern kitchen and bar, living room with comfortable couch, 46” Sony Lcd flat screen with home theater system, and large UPVC slider doors to the sea view porch. The large bedroom features a King size bed, a large custom wardrobe with makeup area, a 3D flat screen smart tv with home theater, and international English tv shows and movies along with YouTube .The bedroom has a large built in closet and has a safe installed for storing any valuables. Private fiber optic high speed WiFi. Beautiful sea and mountain views from the bedroom. Also we have a washing machine installed on the porch for lite washing needs.
This beach front condo is fully furnished ready to move in and enjoy. Just bring your suitcase.
If you like to golf then the caddie can pick you up at the front and take you to golf as we have a 18 hole golf course on-site. When you want to sit by the beach it is just in the back of the condo and pool area. You can enjoy fresh seafood at the beach front restaurant with beautiful views of Khao Tao mountain and the beach or they can deliver food to your room. If you want to try the famous Thai massage then it is available downstairs near the pool. There is basic exercise equipment downstairs by the front entrance of the building. Note: it is not a fully equipped gym, only basic equipment such as treadmill, weight machine, incline bench, etc.
