Vacation rentals in Pak Nam Pran

our host was very nice and the home is beautiful. we enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. love the cedar smell in the house. everything is clean and welcoming...even better than the pictures.

We had a great family stay in the villa, everything was as described. Very comfortable and clean. The garden and pool area were great. We enjoyed that much, we increased our stay. Tippawan replied to messages very quickly. Highly recommend.

Perfect venue for few days. Clean and easy

Firstly, Frank’s communication is spot on, helpful and friendly. Secondly, the photos really don’t do this place justice. The accommodation is roomy which I don’t think comes across on the Airbnb ad. The complex accommodates full time residents of various nationalities and other holiday eras. It’s a very friendly place in a quiet spot close to a lot going on. The pool is really good and the garden really well maintained As others have mentioned, you really need transport to get about but so many restaurants/eating places nearby. Frank has employed a manager so any issues can be resolved easily. She lives on site and is very friendly.

We had a great month at Samuel‘s condominium. The view from the balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean was fantastic. The condominium was reasonably well equipped, roomy and suited our needs perfectly. We did have to purchase a few items for the kitchen which we left at the condo. We were able to have 20 L containers of water delivered to the front desk when necessary and had free delivery of our groceries from the Pranburi Lotus supermarket. There were restaurants nearby and we used our bicycles to go places further afield. We would certainly consider returning there on a future trip!

Cantidad wasn't personally available during my stay but she answered all of my messages within minutes and when a light went out her sister was there in in less than 30 with a maintenance man with a replacement, in my book that's amazing service. The location is centrally located between two large markets with plenty of choices for dinning and entertainment.

Clean place, tidy, exactly as pictured. Quiet place. Very nice atmosphere. Walking distance to the beach. Perfect for relaxing. Overall, loved it if I had the chance to come back and stay again.
