The building is an old house that is over 40 years old, but it has been fully renovated from the interior to the water supply and has been reborn as a comfortable space!

The garden has a warehouse on the road side, and the warehouse is off-limits because there is still equipment,
There is a garden of about 100 tsubo behind the house, so I don't think there is any trouble with a place to play.

There is a field in the back and it is surrounded by a net. We are taking measures against pests, so please do not enter the field.
