Relax at this peaceful & centrally-located super cute condo. Put your toes in the sand, ocean or salt water pool in 30ish steps. Free Shibumi rental. Watch dolphins or swim in the Atlantic Ocean. Walk to restaurants & shops, as well a local craft beer & drink venue that has live music on weekends. Visit local aquarium, explore history @ Fort Macon, go sight-seeing on boat or kayak to an island. If you have questions or want suggestions, please message us, as we love to help!

The space
Steps from a quiet, almost secluded, beach. You can hear the ocean from your room and watch dolphins from the upper deck or gazebo. Showers to rinse off as you walk off the beach. Within walking distance of restaurants, stores and bars. Always something to do or not do. There are a variety of games and books in the condo. Feel free to take a book home with you if you don't finish before you leave. Chairs available for use. Lots of storage areas and hangers for your clothes!

Smoke-free property. Can smoke at road or on beach.

New fridge, new very comfy upgraded mattress sleeper sofa and new a/c in 2026!

Shibumi with wind assist rental is included during your stay.

Guest access
Lockbox on door. Code is sent prior to your stay. Parking available in front of door most of the time. Guests have access to the pool during the warmer season (normally beginning the first week of April), a laundry area (coin or card operated), two beautiful gazebos overlooking the water, a fish cleaning station, outdoor shower/rinse off areas, three charcoal grills, picnic tables, seats at the ends of the buildings.

Other things to note
Perfect for one person or a couple, but comfortable for a small family of up to four.

I've been going to Atlantic Beach since I was knee-high to a grasshopper, as my grandparents were original owners at Ocean Sands. :) This has been my happy, heal all, place for my entire life and we love to share the happiness of this hidden gem with others.
