Walking distance to downtown, Torpy Park, Tennis Courts and Beach, nearby Bike Rentals, Restaurants, etc. "Behind" / East of us is a nice road to take a walk on with homes along the lake shore.

Other things to note
Well insulated, should not hear guests if North Unit is also rented. Guests have commented how they cannot hear if other unit is rented.
