While we will not be present at the property during your stay, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or needs that may arise. Other things to note
MPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
- Pool heat is optional for $25/night. Must be the whole duration of the stay. We normally heat the pool to 80 degrees. It may be lower than this if air temperatures are close to freezing.
- No Pets allowed and no smoking on premises. No exceptions
- Security cameras are used on the exterior of the home for security purposes including the exterior stairs, and the pool and beach behind the house.
-Please read the Cancelation Policy carefully. We do enforce this. We highly recommend Travel Insurance for those unforeseen situations.
-We require guests to sign a standardized Rental Agreement prior to the stay commencing
