As you enter through the gate, you're welcomed by a long private driveway surrounded by oak trees, open land, and a peaceful country setting. Portions of the property are fenced, with cattle grazing in designated areas, adding to the charm as you make your way to the home.
This spacious two-story ranch-style house features 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, designed for gathering and entertaining. Inside, you’ll find updated stainless steel appliances, an open-concept layout, a pool table, and a massive granite island with seating for up to 18 guests—perfect for group meals, celebrations, or simply hanging out together.

2 King beds (including a main-floor master suite)
7 Queen beds across multiple rooms

The main floor includes a king bedroom conveniently located near the kitchen, along with a full bathroom and an additional guest bath off the living room. Upstairs, the primary master suite offers stunning river views, along with several additional bedrooms—many featuring their own riverfront scenery and easy bathroom access, including a Jack-and-Jill setup.
Step outside and follow the path toward the river, where you’ll pass a cozy fire pit area before arriving at the pool deck. Here, you’ll find shaded seating areas, lounge chairs, and incredible views of the water. Across the river, enjoy the untouched beauty of Caloosahatchee Regional Park with its wooded landscapes and trails.
