Cute Home in central N. PHX on a private street across from a church & park. Private 1Bed/bath, entrance & parking. Comfy queen bed. In process of home improvements. Self check-in.

Easy access to I-17. Good location near GCU, PHX Metro center. Under 15mi to DT Phoenix, Glendale Sports District (Westgate), Scottsdale & PHX Airport.

Quiet host & neighborhood. Approved pets. Friendly pup stays w/ host. Guest access to shared spaces (Kitchen, laundry, living room, backyard..). Gym nearby

Very simple. An Engineer and dog live here. If you need anything we are happy to help!
