This 7 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom house is the perfect place for you to enjoy after a long day at the parks or if you take a day off to relax. With a game room, pool and spa, everyone is sure to have a good time! Solterra Resort community clubhouse has a Lazy river, water slides, park, tennis courts, and a gym. Located close to I-4 access and Championsgate, makes it the best place to visit in central FL. Championsgate restaurant row is just a short distance where you will find a wide variety of eats
The space
After entering into the foyer, the kitchen & dining room greet guests. The downstairs lounge area looks out over the patio & pool/spa. The open concept kitchen/dining/bar/lounge area give lots of room for families. Also Downstairs there’s a king ensuite, complimentary laundry & game room. Upstairs there’s a room with 2 double beds, a room with a double & twin bed, a room with twin over full bunk beds, two king rooms one is an ensuite, a queen room ensuite. Upstairs also has a spacious lounge area where kids can watch tv while the adults can enjoy time downstairs in their own lounge area. All bedrooms and both lounge areas have TVs. The patio is screened and has a covered area for those who are not sun worshipers!

Cabana Rentals at the Clubhouse
Enhance your pool day experience with one of our private cabanas. Available for rent during business hours, the cabanas offer shade, comfort, and a touch of luxury to your resort experience.
Cabana Pricing:
• Weekday (Mon-Thur): $75 (plus tax)
• Weekend (Fri-Sun): $100 (plus tax)
Cabanas may be rented up to 30 days prior
• Card and tap payments only (no cash)
• Cabanas must be purchased in person
• In the event of inclement weather, rentals will continue upon reopening
• Cabanas 7-10 are available during Lazy River operational hours
• All cabana rentals end at 9 PM

Fitness Center Rules and Policies
Operating Hours
Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Exercise at Your Own Risk
The fitness center is unsupervised. All users are encouraged to consult with their physician before starting any exercise program.
Age Restrictions
• Ages 16 and up may use the fitness center freely.
• Ages 13–15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Children 12 and under are not permitted to use the facility.
Proper Attire
Shirts, shorts, and closed-toe athletic footwear are required at all times. Clothing should cover any part of the body that comes in contact with equipment.
Noise Levels
Personal music devices may be used with headphones only and at a respectful volume.
Courtesy Guidelines:
• Limit cardio equipment use to 30 minutes when others are waiting.
• Allow others to "work in" on weight machines.
• Wipe down all equipment after use with provided cleaning supplies.
• Equipment must remain in the fitness center.
• Weights must be returned to their proper place.
• Do not drop free weights—place them gently on the floor or storage racks.
Food and Drink:
• No food or gum allowed.
• Only water or sports drinks in non-breakable, spill-proof containers are permitted (no glass).
Additional Rules:
• No Hand Chalk: Use of hand chalk is not allowed.
• Personal Training: Personal training services for a fee are not permitted unless expressly approved by the District.
Other things to note
Heat for the pool and spa is $25 a day.
