Coastal Shabby Chic cottage with hot tub nestled into the North Norfolk dunes, behind an award wining beach. No dogs restrictions 365 days. A peaceful and quiet retreat with a wide sandy beach 150m from your doorstep. Perfect for everyone to enjoy the big skies open beaches & coastline.
Charge of £30 a dog per stay.

The space
This cottage is 2 minutes’ walk from the beach. There is ample parking out front with space for 4 cars. The main entrance leads to a large kitchen that has been recently renovated that provides extensive countertop working space, an electric hob/oven, microwave. There is a refrigerator and freezer below the counter. The kitchen leads to a large open dining area that can sit 8. A bar fridge is hidden behind the bar. Windows on 3 sides of the dining room overlook the garden area. The dining room is connected to a covered patio which in turn leads to an outdoor seating area. The kitchen also leads to a comfortable living room with a wood-burning stove that allows you to put your feet up and relax before the fire to watch Netflix.

This is our holiday home and we love it; we are also really pleased to be sharing with other people. You will have the whole house and gardens to yourself.
Other things to note
We are really happy to have pets and children in the cottage. The back garden is 100% secure but with open front driveway and obviously with the sea so close, you'll need to keep your eyes peeled!
2 well behaved dogs are welcome. We charged £30 a dog per stay. But do please message me you are planning to bring more then 2.
There are plenty of seals living along the North Norfolk coast and the are frequently seen swimming along the coast. The seals are curious and seem to be just as interested in you. You need to be aware that they come on to the beach to rest and be mindful of your pet.
We love the house and we hope you do to. We are hoping guests will look after the house and treat it with lots of care and attention.

Eccles-on-sea is a quiet, private estate situated above a beautiful and peaceful sandy beach. The Norfolk Coast Path National Trail passes along the sea wall below settlement. Access to the estate is restricted to residents and their guests and the lack of public parking on the estate means that the beach is rarely crowded, even during the summer season. Dogs have unrestricted access to the beach year round.
Happisburgh lighthouse is about 45 mins walk. Sea Palling is 30 min approx walk along the beach or a 5 min drive. This offers a pub, cafe, general store & other small shops, ice cream/sweet shop, small arcade. The highly recommended The Star Inn pub can be found in Lessingham 5 min drive.
Stalham is located 10 min away and Wroxham a 15 min drive. Both these towns have plenty to offer. There are 2 farm shops very close offering delicious local produce. Seal watching at Horsey Beach near Winterton-on-Sea is less than half an hour distant.

It has always been a dream to have a little place on the beach, so we acquired a property at Eccles-on- Sea。We love to walk with our dog to the Norfolk Coast. I thoroughly enjoy decorating the cottage and looking after it and my guests.
