Brand new 3/2 home in the Village of St. Catherine. Access to the new Sawgrass Town Square and the brand new Championship golf course of Southern Oaks - walking distance.

The space
This home was bought brand new three years ago. We have completely renovated the inside; tile throughout, tiled both bathrooms, crown molding, stone accent fireplace, granite countertops.

There is a water purification system throughout the house. We have great neighbors that are available to assist you if you can't get a hold of me for any reason.

Guest access
The entire home and cars need to be parked in the driveway.

Other things to note
This truly is a beautiful home, but we do not utilize it as much as we should. I would rather provide the opportunity for others to stay here and to learn more about the Villages. This is a fun place to come and visit.
