The space
PRIVATE BEACH PLUS EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR A FUSS-FREE, LOW-KEY VACATION. You'll have everything you need to feel comfortable and at home inside, and the very best of 30A beaches outside - no fighting for beach space since the beach is completely private. You're also in the heart of 30A so everything is accessible by bike.

This fully renovated modern bungalow features modern appliances and furniture designed for low-key guests who like easy, convenient, and fuss-free beach vacations.

The best part, however, is the location. You're steps away from your own private beach, making it easy to set up for the day, then walk back for lunch or snacks. If you prefer fishing, paddleboarding, or kayaking, walk outside in your backyard--this home is lakefront with its own private dock and paddleboard/kayak launch on Camp Creek Lake, a rare coastal dune that breaches (opens) into the ocean. Located SOUTH of 30A (which means no busy roads to cross) in a safe, quiet neighborhood, your kids can ride bikes around the circle or catch the 30A bike path to nearby Seaside, Alys, Watersound, or Rosemary Beach.

We designed the home to accommodate two families. There are two master suites with KING beds--one upstairs, one down. Each features lakefront views, sliding doors to the backyard, full baths with double vanities (tub/shower), and TVs.

The downstairs bunk room has 2 FULL (top) and 2 QUEEN (bottom) bunk beds. A third hall bathroom is adjacent to the bunk room with double vanities, full-size washer/dryer, and tub/shower. The hall bunker features 2 additional TWIN bunk beds. Every bedroom has a 55" television for streaming your own services.

The living area is upstairs with a combined living room/kitchen area with comfy, oversized sectional sofa and chairs, 55" television, kitchen island, dining table with removable leaf, and all the kitchen amenities you want and need while on vacation. Plus there is a gas grill for outdoor barbecues.

All bikes, surfboards, and paddle boards are available through nearby retailers. Anything on property or left by prior renters is used at your own risk. We can provide retailers if requested.

Guest access
You will receive instructions emailed to you before you arrive. If you will, please LIKE the fb page - PelicanCircle30A/ - because I post events and other things that might be of interest to you guys. I have also included an info sheet for you in case you aren’t familiar with 30A.

PLEASE, WE ASK THAT YOU TREAT OUR HOUSE AS YOU WOULD YOUR OWN - ENJOY IT BUT IF SOMETHING BREAKS, FESS UP AND LET US KNOW. It’s better on us and you if you give us a call instead of letting us or the housekeeper discover something after you’ve left and then charging you for it.

There is an owner's cabinet upstairs above the trash cans. It does not open. If the doors are pried open, there will be an additional charge for damages.

We are available via text or phone to answer any questions at any time. We also have friends in the neighborhood who can walk down if needed to assist and/or check in. We want everyone to have a good time, but we also want things to keep working.

A few housekeeping items:
THE CABINETS ABOVE THE TRASH CAN ARE NEW AND DO NOT OPEN!!!! Actually, they do open, but they are locked and used as an owner’s pantry. There is nothing in there but canned foods, spices, etc., so no need to pry them open with a knife and ruin them as a recent guest did (and paid for).

DO NOT LEAVE SLIDING DOORS AND WINDOWS open or the air conditioner will freeze up and/or condensation will build up on the ceiling. If this happens it has to be turned off for several hours. Just letting you know ahead of time so you guys can stay cool!

Garbage days are MONDAY and THURSDAY. Please pull the can to the road and place it with the opening toward the road. They will not pick up anything sitting outside the can.

Inside, please clean everything from the fridge and load/start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes. Just letting you know as my housekeeper charges me when she has to do these things on top of her routine cleaning.

The housekeeper leaves minimal toilet paper and toiletries in each bathroom to get you started but you will need to bring your own for the week.

Please bring your own beach towels.

There is a grill - propane tank is left full but is an honor system for guests to fill at their expense should it be empty during your week. There is also a fire pit in the backyard that you are welcome to use with care.

Other things to note
Toiletpaper and toiletries are minimal so you will need to bring your own for the week.

All bikes, surfboards, and paddle boards are available through nearby retailers. Anything on property or left by prior renters is used at your own risk. We can provide retailers if requested.

The owner’s cabinet above the trash can DOES NOT OPEN. It is locked. Please do not try and pry it open as replacing the cabinet doors is very expensive.

Please note all check out instructions. Our housekeeper is a stickler for following instructions and will charge extra if the instructions are not followed.

We do our best to ensure the televisions are online and working. If there a storm or a guess who has more moxy than tech skills, it could be that you have to troubleshoot by resetting the television following instructions found on the internet for Vizio Models E40-C2 and E40x-C2
