Direct Oceanfront, ground floor flat unit, no stairs. Located in Crescent Beach at Summerhouse. Family oriented complex located on over 25 acres with four pools and large grass areas. Highly desired 2 bedroom unit.

This property is ground level and directly oceanfront. Flat style layout not a townhouse, there are two steps to the front door but otherwise no stairs. Sliding door opens directly to covered back porch.

The space
We are located in a private stretch of beach right before a state park. You can walk for miles on the beach searching for sharks teeth and shells!

Guest access
A gym, basketball, tennis, pickle ball, racquetball and a playground will keep you active. Or lounge by 1 of 4 temperature controlled pools!
Racquets are provided in the condo for pickle ball and tennis!

Other things to note
The Matanzas Inlet is just down the beach and a great place to explore. There are jellyfish and hermit crabs.

Safe Harbor Seafood is probably the closest restaurant and they do dine in or take away.

Smoking Ds BBQ is on the way in from 95 and they offer large family meals and great sweat tea!
