This allows our guests to enjoy a quick, enjoyable walk to all the attractions of Rosemary—boutique shops, restaurants, and the beautiful 30A area—without paying Rosemary Beach high prices for rentals or getting caught in all the congestion and traffic. The community pool is now HEATED! Not only can you relax on your screened-in back porch with direct views of the pool, but now you can enjoy swimming for even more of the year. The current heated schedule includes March 1st thru April 30th, October 3rd thru Dec 1st, Dec 22nd thru Jan 5th. Pool heating is managed by the neighborhood association and is subject to change. No refunds will be issued if the pool does not reach a specific temperature or becomes temporarily unavailable.

— Pet Policy —
You are welcome to bring your hypoallergenic, non-shedding dogs on vacation, but they must be approved at the time of booking. No German Shepherds, Golden Retrievers, Pit Bulls, ChowChows, Great Pyrenees, Saint Bernards, Rottweilers, Labrador Retrievers, Siberian Huskies, or Dobermans. The dog fee is $100, with a maximum of two dogs. (Dogs weighing 30 lbs. max). Your dog is not allowed unattended on the screened in porch and dog owner is responsible to keep them from scratching the screen. If your dog tends to bark when you leave it alone, please consider the neighbors. We live in a quiet neighborhood. Guests are responsible for any damages incurred.
If you bring a dog to the property that wasn’t pre-approved, we have the right to terminate your stay without a refund. In some instances, we may choose to grant approval after the fact, but the fee would be $100 per day per dog.
NOTE: Dogs are not permitted on the beaches on 30a. Only homeowners are allowed to purchase permits for their personal dogs. Renters are not allowed to acquire permits. This is a Walton County ordinance and applies to all of 30A.
NO CATS ALLOWED. An automatic $500 fine will be imposed, and you will be required to vacate the property immediately.
**Service Animals. Special note on service animals**: If you are bringing a service animal, the service animal cannot be left alone at the property and must be with you at all times. As per AirBnb guidelines, a service animal must not be:
Out of control
Un-housebroken
Left alone at the listing without prior approval
Allowed into areas that are considered unauthorized to the guest
Allowed in a public space without being harnessed, leashed, or tethered and not under the guest’s control
As per service animal guidelines, if you are bringing a service animal, you must prove the following information:
What work or task the service animal has been trained to perform
Whether the guest requires their service animal because of a disability
What work or task the service animal has been trained to perform
Please understand that if a service animal is left unattended, it will be considered a pet, and our standard pet policy, including any applicable fees, will apply.

Enter your boutique retreat using a keyless entry system, allowing you flexibility and privacy during your stay. You have full access to the community pool, just a short walk from your back door, ensuring a leisurely and serene experience.
Six beach cruisers are provided for exploring the charms of Rosemary Beach and the surrounding areas along with use of personal beach gear, easing your preparation for days under the sun (separate agreement sent before arrival). Experience the perfect blend of privacy and convenience at this unique getaway.

- Beach Essentials -
We’ve provided beach towels, along with our personal beach chairs, a beach umbrella, six beach cruisers, and a wagon, plus several coolers for your convenience. These items are shared with you free of charge, enhancing your experience with a personal touch. You are welcome to use them during your stay (a separate usage agreement will be sent prior to your arrival)
- Kitchen Amenities -
Your kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary adventures, complete with a Ninja Blender, Mr. Coffee 12-cup drip pot, Nespresso Machine, air fryer, two crock pots, an air purifier, rice cooker, and ample food storage containers.
-Starter Supplies Provided for Your Convenience:
To help you settle in comfortably upon your arrival, we provide a starter kit of essential supplies. This includes a limited quantity of toilet paper, one rolls of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags. These initial provisions are meant to get you started, but please note that for longer stays or larger groups, you may need to purchase additional supplies as these essentials are used up. This approach ensures you have everything you need from the moment you arrive, without any immediate shopping trips. The bathrooms are equipped with full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
- For Children -
We provide a Pack & Play (sheet not provided) and a 3-in-1 high chair/booster, kid’s life vests, and pool toys, ensuring that families with children have everything they need for an enjoyable stay.
-House Rules -
This home is located in an HOA Community and each guest must follow the same rules as the owners. Please make yourself familiar with the following HOA Community rules:
*no parking on the street at any time
*no trailers, boats, jet skis, commercial trucks in neighborhood
*no blocking sidewalk
*two vehicle spaces on your driveway
*motor vehicles must be properly muffled, licensed, and maintained to not create unnecessary disturbance
*all trash must be kept in covered containers and hidden from public view except on pickup day.
*bring trash receptacles to road on Tuesday and Friday and return to original spot after trash pickup
*swimming pool hours 9:00am to 9:00pm
*pool rules are posted inside pool fence and to be followed by every person
*pets must be on a leash or carried at all times when outside the residence and must be under control at all times.
*pet owners must immediately collect and properly dispose of pet wastes. Minimum fine of $25 if not taken care of.
*pets are not allowed in the pool area
*note: dogs are not allowed on any beaches on 30a)
*there is a 10:00pm noise ordinance. Quiet hours at 10:00pm to 7:00am seven days per week.
*hanging wet towels and clothing on porches, decks and fences is not permitted
*fireworks are not permitted and are illegal in West Shore Place community.
*no open flames inside the house or on the back screened-in porch / no candles / no smoking or vaping / no drugs / no firearms.
*no confetti, glitter or taping things to the walls.
*EV charging not allowed unless pre-approved. Additional fee may apply.
*crypto mining or other electricity intensive activities not allowed unless pre-approved.
