‼️DISCLOSURE: Sea wall construction is noisy and occurs on weekends too, though only during daytime.
You are using two connecting rooms, and each has a private balcony that overlooks the ocean from the second floor. Each room sleeps 4: king-size bed and queen-size sofa bed.
Our pools are not heated for now: one outdoor and one indoor. We also have a sauna and a gym. No bar or restaurant, unfortunately. But we supply a list of nearby restaurants.
HANDICAP-FRIENDLY SHOWER in one of the rooms.
The space
This is a connected pair of suites in a building that used to be a hotel. Each suite has a bathroom, kitchen alcove, king bed, and queen-size sofa bed. In one, there is a partition that largely separates bed from living rm; in the other, there is a retractable curtain for that purpose. One suite has a handicap shower; both have handicap toilets, also a cot.
This pair of connected hotel rooms looks directly out at the ocean from the second floor, with an intimate not high-up view of the beach. 2 kitchen alcoves, 2 king beds, 2 baths 1 with wheelchair clearance & handicap shower, bathroom grab rails, handicap height toilets, push-thru lamp socket switches, detachable bedside grab bar. Ideal for the disabled guest with caregiver or two families who travel together, or one large family.
Guest access
You get exclusive use of both suites.
Other things to note
In one of the rooms, there is a curtain that can be drawn between the sofa (actually, sofa-bed) and the king bed, for privacy while asleep. That room is not truly a 1-bedroom, but it is fairly close.
.
Sheets and pillowcases are 100% cotton, for a good night's sleep.
.
Lamp socket switches are push-through, for people with arthritis or other hand impairments.
.
Each bathroom has a handicap-height toilet, and the bathtub in one of them has grab bars. The other bathroom has a wheelchair-compatible shower with a hand-held showerhead on a long hose. Yes there is a stepstool in each bathroom so that small children can use the toilet easily.
