Cozy 1 BR condo for 4 in North Wildwood. 3.5 blocks to the beach and boards. Completely renovated in 2016. Great for couples or small families.

A signed lease is required. Signers must be 25 or older. Peak Season (Mid-June through Labor Day week) rental dates run Sun-Thurs, Thurs-Sun, or Sun-Sun. Pre/Post Season dates are flexible with a 2 night minimum stay.

The space
This unit is tucked back in the rear of the property on a quiet residential street. This offers a nice area to retreat to after a day on the beach or boardwalk. There is enough interior space for a couple or small family to spend time indoors if needed on a rainy day vs being crammed into a small motel room.

Guest access
Unit has its own patio area with seating and shared gas grill. There is an outdoor shower located behind the building to rinse off after a day at the beach.

Other things to note
Upon confirmation of reservation the tenant is required to sign a formal lease as well as complete paperwork listing all guests that will be staying in the unit.

Linens are not provided with the exception of comforters for the bed and sofa bed.

No Pets Permitted.
