☆ Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay. Our home has TWO (2) dedicated parking spaces labeled for our guests. These spaces are labeled as "09B."

Other things to note
☆ Additional owner rental agreement needed to be signed prior to check in, separate from the booking platform

☆ If the Hot Tub water isn't in the same condition as when you arrived, there is a $250 charge applied to the renter.

☆ Our home has TWO (2) dedicated parking spaces labeled for our guests. These spaces are labeled as "09B"

☆ Trash Pick up is WEDNESDAY morning. Please bring trash cans out the evening prior.

☆ Family friendly (kid friendly) amenities available in the home including a pack ‘n play/travel crib, high chair, safety gates, and outlet covers.

☆ We provide a STARTER amount of amenities (i.e soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. ) Please plan accordingly.

☆ We have a ring camera at our front door that records video/audio 24/7. It is an exterior facing camera only.
