Park at your front door and step into your Panama City Beach vacation! This renovated, spotless 2-bedroom townhome is in Gulf Highlands Beach Resort, a gated community just a 1,400-ft walk to the beach. Enjoy 11 swimming pools, including a private beachfront pool and restaurant at the Beach House Café, plus tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, an 18-hole putt-putt course, and playgrounds—all included. We provide beach chairs, toys, a wagon, and sports gear. Golf cart available for rent. Sleeps 6.

The space
Enter the gated resort community and park in your two assigned spaces directly in front of the townhome for easy, stress-free arrivals. This open-concept layout features all living spaces downstairs with two full-size sofas and a recliner, perfect for relaxing after the beach. Enjoy meals together at the large dining table for six, plus additional seating at the kitchen island.

The fully stocked kitchen includes all essential cookware, small appliances refrigerator with ice maker, and a dishwasher. Step out to the semi-private backyard patio, partially covered and furnished with a picnic table and chairs—also where you’ll find the complimentary beach gear and sports equipment provided for guests.

Upstairs features a newly remodeled walk-in tile shower with access from both the hallway and primary bedroom. The guest bedroom offers two queen beds, while the primary suite includes a king bed, private bath access, and a spacious balcony with ceiling fan overlooking the backyard.

Resort Amenities
Gulf Highlands Beach Resort offers pools throughout the community, including the large lagoon-style pool on Grand Island and a private pool directly on the beach. Enjoy lunch, dinner, or cocktails at the Beach House Restaurant & Bar, located beachfront.

Guests have free access to an 18-hole putt-putt course, tennis and pickleball courts, and shuffleboard, plus two playgrounds. We provide all necessary equipment (except shuffleboard). Golf cart rental available, with convenient golf cart parking at beach access points and throughout the resort.

You have the whole townhouse, front patio, back patio and balcony. Plus the tons of amenities in the Gulf Highlands Beach Resort including access to 11 pools, playgrounds, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a private beach, Beach House Restaurant, and fully gated.
