Park at your front door and walk right in to start your Panama City Beach vacation! Completely renovated and super clean 2bedroom 2story townhouse in the Gulf Highlands Beach Resort. Enjoy the 11 swimming pools including one on the beach side next to the new cafe & market in the BeachHouse. Private beach access too! There are many tennis courts, shuffle board, 18 hole putt putt course, playgrounds all within this fully gated community. Need more space? We own 2 condos side by side-airbnb/h/153gh

The space
Enter the gated community & park in your 2 assigned spots directly in front of 155. The open floor plan features living areas downstairs with a sofa sleeper, loveseat & recliner. There is a large dining table with seating for 6, plus stool seating at the kitchen island. The kitchen is fully stocked with small appliances, ice and filtered water in the refrigerator and a dishwasher. Upstairs is a full bath in the hallway with large walk in shower. The guest room with 2 queen beds. The master has a King bed, bathroom access and large balcony with a fan overlooking the back yard.
Within the resort are swimming pools all over, including the large resort style pool located on the Grand Island, and a private pool on beach. There is an 18 hole Putt Putt course free to play anytime, and also several tennis courts. There are two playgrounds. We rent out the Golf Cart for easy and convenient access to all the fun in the resort.

Guest access
You have the whole townhouse, front patio, back patio and balcony. Plus the tons of amenities in the Gulf Highlands Beach Resort including access to 11 pools, playgrounds, tennis courts and a private beach.
