Monthly Rentals in Gwangalli Beach

Review of a long-term guest for★ a month As someone with experience in long-term stays in Busan Gwangalli, Jungang Station, and Oncheonjang Station, I can say that it was by far the best accommodation! 1. The host was kind, and he responded quickly to inquiries. The instructions for use were well provided. 2. Nearby convenience stores (E-Mart 24, 7-Eleven) were very close, and it was nice to be close to the mart and the market. 3. Parking towers were provided, so I had a good stay without worrying about parking. 4. It is well equipped with supplies necessary for living, such as tableware, hair dryer, and coffee pot. 5. The sea view is good. During my stay, I could see the drone performance and the Jagbull Festival well at home, and thanks to that, I had a warm stay. It's right by the sea when you leave the house, so it's good to take a walk. There are a lot of busking and performances on Gwangalli Beach, so it's good for enjoying romance ~ Additionally, the sunlight is very good. If you're waking up late or sensitive, I think you'll need sunglasses. Nearby recommended restaurants include the best pork soup (Millak main store), Chopillal pork grill, Yong Cang Jie, Yoikuma, Haechi 83, and Fisherman, so I recommend you to visit them while you're here!

The location was great, there are lots of good restaurants around, and only 5 mins-walk to the beach. Everything is perfect for me.

We had a fantastic stay at Coco's flat. Clear instructions were given to us at every step, so finding the flat and checking in went smoothly (much appreciated after 20 hours of travel!) Coco was very responsive and happy to answer any small questions I had - I never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a response! Coco also let us know about weather alerts and events which was incredibly helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better location on Gwangalli beach and were spoiled for choice of cafes and restaurants. It was also easy to catch public transport to explore further in Busan. We were really sad to leave at the end of our stay, but will absolutely book here again if we return to Busan. Can't recommend highly enough!
