The room is clean and tidy, the environment is quiet, and the landlord is also very warm and responsible. It is very convenient to get from the airport to the address. I spent a comfortable time here and will come again if I have a chance🫶

I lived in this Airbnb for 8 months during my Working Holiday in Korea and I really loved it! Pros: Bus stop, convenience store, small supermarket right outside the building! Cafes, Starbucks, KBBQ nearby Anyangcheon river a 5min walk away, you can walk or cycle along the river. The sunset is beautiful! Mullae station (line 2) 10min bus ride Yangpyeong station (line 5) 10min walk away 25min to Hongdae by subway 15min bus ride or peaceful 30min walk to Mullae's trendy cafe, bar, restaurants area! The most kindest Security Manager! He'll help you and fix any problems in the studio. He really went above and behind, I cannot thank him enough Cons: Mosquitos!!! Upon my first arrival (to me personally) it was quite dirty and hadn't had a deep clean in a long time but I guess it’s too be expected as the studio is meant to be for short term stays. However I thoroughlyy cleaned the place while living there, so it's fine now! :) Overall I had a really lovely time living in this studio!! :D

i had the most comfortable stay at jongwook's place! the room was smaller than i expected but it has everything i needed from the utensils to the washer that i used often! the room is built with soundproof wall so you won't feel the noise. i like how the room has window facing the street so i can open my window in the morning to get some sun and fresh air the area was literally in the middle of both hongdae and gangnam so you don't need to transfer train when taking the subway. very close to the subway stn with lively night surroundings (restaurants and cafes). getting back to the accomodation truly felt like going back home after a long day of going out to those two areas. i sincerely loved my stay and will definitely go back!

It was so nice. I made a reservation for my parents because it was near Gocheok Dome, and they liked that it was easy to get around on foot. The host was kind, the facilities were good, it was tidy, and the location was the best.
