Comfortable bed, loved all the map decor, kitchen had everything we needed…and a hot bath felt amazing after a winter hike to Marymere Falls! Definitely recommend!

Olivier and Jessie’s place was fantastic. Instruction were very clear for arrival. Easy to find. Easy to park. Felt very safe as solo traveler. They had provided an abundance of extras and I will be recommending and returning for another visit.

This farmhouse is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. The house was immaculate and Alicia is a great host! We felt right at home and it is in a great location to explore Olympic National Park. We would stay here again if in the area!

What a nice little gem. I came to Salt Spring for a pottery workshop and stayed at Jeanne’s place because I was hoping to get some kayaking in each day before my class started. Well the location couldn’t be beat for ease of access to the water, and I had some spectacular sunrise paddles either the seals, river otters, and herons. What a lovely place, and so well thought out. The interior has exactly what you need (the hot plate is a clever touch!) and there is plenty of outdoor seating. I plan to return next year!

Great place for our family of 4 (2 kids), comfortable and lots of space. The fridge and kitchen had a few basic food items which was lovely, include cream for our coffee. And we loved the espresso machine! The location was perfect, really close to town. Host was very friendly and let us check in early which we really appreciated!

Sarella is an exceptional host. Catered to my every need and then some. Fresh fruit, muffins and toiletries and a fully stocked kitchen. I could not have asked for a more beautiful view. The sheets are THE softest I have ever slept on. Resident cat Handsome Harry is a doll and joined me for my morning coffee. Hands-down the best Air BNB I have ever stayed at. Thank you Sarella I enjoyed our evening chats!!!

This was our second time staying at Debra’s and it was just as good as the first. My wife and I stayed two nights and had an amazing time. It is centrally located and walking distance to a variety of cafes, restaurants, bars, a movie theater, etc. It was easy to find and had no issues with checking in. The space has so many great touches and the provided amenities were above and beyond. We loved relaxing and reading by the fireplace. We would recommend Debra's place to anyone and will definitely stay here again when we’re in the area.

Diana’s place was exactly like the pictures. Perfect size, perfect location and walking distance from almost everything. Diana was also super helpful and responsive to all messages! We will definitely stay there again if come back to Vancouver.

The property is conveniently located two minutes from the college, and is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is aesthetically pleasing, and the surrounding area boasts abundant wildlife, including frequent deer sightings. While the unit is situated below the main residence, resulting in some noise from dogs, foot traffic, and occasional conversations, the overall experience was positive. Safety was ensured, check-in and check-out were seamless, and privacy was excellent. Covered parking is provided. The value significantly exceeds the cost, and the views are spectacular. I highly recommend this property.

We had such an enjoyable stay at the 5 elements spa! The host was great, with a nice check-in where we were shown around the property and spa. He also gave us great local recommendations. A highlight was being able to use the sauna and the steam room located there ! We would highly recommend

If you are looking for a cozy cabin to chill and relax a few days this is your place! The chicken house it is a really nice and cozy cabin and has everything you could need and more (lots of breakfast options)!! Hans and Denise are extremely good in providing a great experience! It was a magical gateway that we will remember!

Diane and Jim were wonderful hosts, always happy to share recommendations on restaurants or hikes in the local area. The cabin itself is beautiful, has everything you need and nothing more. It made for a wonderful escape from the City. The deer roaming the grounds added a special something too. I'm excited to return here!

We had a lovely weekend stay at Beth’s place. Even when it was pouring rain there were lots of things to do! Thoroughly enjoyed the karaoke set up and tiny fireplace in the one amenity room. Beths complimentary breakfast was absolutely delicious with different homemade options. Overall it was a very peaceful and relaxing stay and lovely to be surrounded by so much nature.

We visited Salt Spring Island in the snow, but Serene was a warmly welcoming host. She even knocked snow down from the roof so the slush wouldn't suddenly come down on us! With its colourful furnishings, rugs and blankets, Nettledown was extra cozy, and the peaceful surroundings ensured restful nights. The kitchen was a standout, and not only because we were showered with eggs from the farm, plus other breakfast goodies. It was well-stocked, and whatever we needed was easy to get to, use, and clean. We especially enjoyed the colourful blue-rimmed glasses and blue-flowered dishes. We very much appreciated the availability of washer/dryer, especially since snowy, muddy trails left us needing to spruce up. Do note that the only (sparkling!) bath is upstairs and through a bedroom; this was not a problem for our party. It happened that in our comings and goings, we met the entire Nettledown Farm family, and they were all--kids and dog included--delightful. We hope to visit again!
