Family-friendly vacation rentals in Gulf Breeze

Loved Dianne’s place as I walked in the door. Condo is well laid out and had everything we needed. The balcony was great, and we enjoyed sitting outside each morning and evening. My husband and I also loved the location of the condo complex. Felt extremely safe and could walk across the street to eat at some great places. Definitely would come here again if coming to Perdido Key FL.

Our stay this year far surpassed our expectations! Everything was great! Very seamless process from booking to checkout! You're an excellent host Lia and we look forward to booking with again 😊.

The unit was amazing! Beautiful and spacious and the view can’t be beat. During our stay there was a group of dolphins putting on quite the show out in the bay. That was a highlight of the trip getting to see dolphins while lounging on the balcony! The location is wonderful as well - so many activities right on site and nearby. We had the best time and will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful extended family stay for the Christmas holiday. The condo was clean and in a great location to watch the beach or sit, walk play on the beach. We enjoyed our stay in orange beach very much and were able to cook as to not spend lots of time eating out. The weather was a little chilly on the beach but it was still beautiful. Thank you for a great Christmas beach get away.

Beautiful condo with amazing ocean views! Nicely decorated, lots of seating with very clean kitchen and bathrooms. Kitchen was also stocked with anything we needed. Loved the location so close to everything. Close walk to the beautiful beach and lots of nice, clean swimming pools. I wear socks as I don’t walk barefoot inside, my socks were very dirty which tells me that the floors were vacuumed but not cleaned. I also think the master bedroom rug and sitting room couch could do with a clean. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

I was so impressed with all the extra things Daron had available in the condo. From beach chairs, crab nets, to extra kitchen amenities, he went above and beyond any other rental I’ve been to. The condo has a great view and quick, easy access to a pool and beach. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Perfect little place

The mermaid cottage is a quaint little house in a great location. It is located in walking distance to the beach and close to all the local restaurants and entertainment on the beach. It's got all the amenities that you would need outside the comfort of your own home! It's a great little getaway!

Loved our stay. It’s in walking distance to the beach and to Navarre Pier. You have access to a dock on the sound side for fishing and it’s really pretty. There is two bedrooms upstairs and bunk beds behind a private door with a washer and dryer and a half bath that has a sink and toilet down stairs right off the kitchen. That was handy for our older family members that couldn’t climb the stairs as easily. We got to bring our fur baby, too! They have things in the storage room to take to the beach, chairs, beach toys, and they have a few bikes, too. Hammock and hammock swings outside and three balconies! Our family created wonderful memories here. Hope to stay again.

Beautiful home and neighborhood. Exactly how it was described, even better in person l. I love that check in was very easy. The house was nice and cool already when we got in, thankfully cause it was very hot out that day. Driveway had a lot of space. I loved that every light switch in the house was labeled, it’s the small things sometimes that makes everything put together so well. Everything was clean. All the bedrooms had huge beds. Very very dog friendly, my pup enjoyed the backyard for sure. Hopefully one day we will come back in the area and book again with April! Also no pet fees!

After Hurricane Helene, I had to get temporary lodging from my home. Just 2 weeks later I had to evacuate the area again for Hurricane Milton. Terri's pplace was perfect for me, my 2 dogs and another friend that needed to de-stress for a few days somewhere quiet and safe. It was just as described and an easy drive or uber to downtown and the beach. Would gladly stay there again!

This is a beautiful property with views as beautiful as the photos promise. The property management did a beautiful job preparing the condo and gave exactly what was described. We will visit again!

Home was just as described. Bathrooms clean. Bed comfy. Kitchen had everything needed. Porch was wonderful way to start and end the day. Amenities we top notch. Shuttle is very helpful to get to the beach. Food and drinks at the beach club were better than expected. Umbrella and chair without a fuss. Resort pool was beautiful and clean. All around win! Was a great get away!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Place was as described and a short walk to the beach. Lou was very helpful and communicative and met us on our check in day. Made for an easy vacation at the beach.

The condo is comfortable and very family-friendly and literally steps from the clean, fine, white sand. It is well equipped with everything we could need. There were even bonus beach toys and chairs in the closet. The place was clean and had plenty of room for our family of 4. Jeff was very quick to respond to our questions and needs. He was friendly and easy to talk to and everything you would hope for with a host.

Beautiful home in a great location within walking distance to restaurants and downtown Pensacola. The host was very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We felt like we got lucky finding this ocean front corner condo with incredible views of the Gulf. We felt at home from the moment we walked in. The condo is spacious and comfortable. The building and common areas (pool and outdoor area) were great and well kept. Navarre Beach is quiet and peaceful. Go back across the bridge and every shopping and eating places are close and plentiful. Jerry was great with communication. We had no issues, but he responded quickly and very friendly to every question we had for local restaurants and activities. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Weather you want to be on the beach (nice wood ramp from the pool area to the beach) or sit on the patio and enjoy the spectacular views, it's a great place to be.
