Monthly Rentals in Guilford Township

We felt right at home the minute we arrived to this very cozy cottage. We enjoyed the back deck to keep our Maximus safe & had a great fire pit night too! Joyce thank you for being so friendly & with great recommendations to visit Adam’s winery & Thirsty Farmer. Our furry baby Maximus Jake had a great time too. Thank you so much! We can’t wait to visit again soon!

Spent a week in April, 2025. Had a wonderful time. Beautifully furnished home in quiet area. Exactly as described and even better than pics show. Loved the huge vanity in bathroom. Washer and dryer in very clean basement a plus. Very comfortable furniture. Easy trip into Chambersburg or Gettysburg and lots of shopping and restaurants in area. Sabrina is an exceptional host and promptly met the one need we had. Will be returning soon for a longer stay. Highly recommend.

Brett was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable about the area and was flexible to fit our needs. We couldn't ask for a better host. The apartment is very clean, open, and comfortable, with some high end amenities. The washer/dryer combo is very large and of good quality. The presence of an iron, full size kitchen appliances, fully stocked kitchen, large TV and ROKU were a blessing for our extended stay. The shower had great water pressure and hot water on demand. Please note that this is on the main street, and the windows are facing the street. You will hear road noise. We got used to it quickly, and thankfully Chambersburg isn't a big city so the traffic dissipates pretty early. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and I would not hesitate coming here again.

We chose this Airbnb for its location, and it delivered! Great restaurants nearby (Avocado Cafe was our favorite), though many places are closed Sundays—plan to drive outside of Chambersburg. Parking was easy with dedicated spots. The space was clean, well-decorated, good lighting, and the bed was super comfy. The kitchen was well-stocked, and while the shower was a bit tight (I'm 6 feet tall), it had good water pressure and stayed hot. The furniture was more stylish than cozy but fine for short lounging. Challenges: Thin walls meant some noise, and the bathroom requires navigating stairs—not ideal for bad knees/ankles (I had a recent sprain). Overall, very satisfied with our mini vacation.
