Hi! We are a family of five! Lucy, Geoff, Layla (5), Orson (3) and Arto (4 months). Sometimes we go away for a week or so and give others the opportunity to rent out our home. The house has the most amazing, calming energy. The kitchen/ dining room is open plan. There's a hot tub and sauna in the garden, with views over a woodland and a lake. This would be a great space for trialing out living in the beautiful town of Forest Row, within walking distance to the Ashdown Forest.

New in 2019 ! Little Coombe Bank is a lovely self contained cabin with its own private garden space . It is suitable for 2 adults primarily. We also have a cot for babies. It is a light and airy space with lots of natural light from the 3 skylights, 2 large windows and full glass entrance which opens out to your private patio garden complete with wood burner. It is adjacent to the main house but not overlooked. We are pet friendly and have fab walks direct from the house.

We had a great stay in Birdham. The house was exactly as described & catered for all our needs. It was spacious, uncluttered, tidy & had lots of extra provisions. The location is great for exploring, Chichester, Portsmouth & the surrounding West Sussex county. We visited the beach and Portsmouth Historic Docks & had an amazing meal at The Crown & Anchor. Thank you for such a great base for a three generation family break

We had a great stay. The flat was clean, comfortable and had everything that we needed. Nabil was always available with great instructions. The flat was very close to the underground, shops and restaurants - walking distance. Would highly recommend staying at this flat.

We had a lovely stay at Gemma's property. The place was spacious and clean, with a huge garden for the kids to run around in. We were x2 families with two kids each, the kids loved the bunk beds and the adults rooms were comfortable and clean. Gemma communicated great, easy parking and everything we needed in the kitchen. Thanks for a great stay.

This was an amazingly located apartment for our family trip of 7. Spacious, clean, and ready for us. We were able to check-in early, the host was very responsive and prompt. They made sure we were comfortable and checked in on us during our stay. The location is amazing! Kensington Palace and Hyde Park are right across the street and there were many delicious resturants, coffee shops and dessert cafes within walking distance.

We had an amazing stay! The views were absolutely stunning—such a peaceful and scenic escape. We stayed over Easter Sunday and were able to make a full roast dinner, it was brilliant! We enjoyed the BBQ, and even roasted marshmallows over the fire pit under the stars. The kids had a blast on the swing, which was a lovely touch. The kids loved feeding and brushing the animals, as well as collecting the eggs from the chickens! It was the perfect getaway for the whole family. Lucy was a fantastic host—so welcoming and helpful throughout. Highly recommend - We will be returning again in May and cannot wait!
